As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Satish has extensive hands-on expertise and achievements in multiple areas of business and management including managing business, leadership, finance, administration, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, audits and taxation. With over 20 years of rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Satish has demonstrated his skill and know-how at improving business operations, increasing productivity, boosting growth and maximising profits, managing diverse teams. Before joining Exeltis in March 2018, Satish was with UCB Pharma for 16 years as Director of Finance and Project Management. In addition to his many achievements as an expert Finance professional, Satish is also a successful teacher. He was associated with Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai as visiting faculty for a few years, preparing aspiring Business graduates for the rigours of management accounting.
